Return & Exchange

All the garments produced by Megha’n’Kalpesh are carefully checked and dispatched and our aim is to ensure that you get your beautiful purchase as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy (India)

• Exchanges can be done within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you wish to exchange for size, drop us an email within 24 hours of delivery at info@meghankalpesh.com, letting us know about your return and the reason for the same.
• Refunds are not applicable on any order.
• Returns have to be delivered (by trackable courier) back to us within 5 days of receiving your order. The cost of returns will be borne by the customer.
• Returns are not applicable to custom-made orders.
• We do not accept returns if you have changed your mind.
• Sale items or sample sale items are final sales and can not be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

Items have to be returned in unworn condition with tags on. Garments with any body odor or perfumed scents will not be accepted back. Once the return shipment is received, we will either issue a credit note or provide you with an exchange for an item of your choice.  Credit Notes issued are valid for 3 months only and can be redeemed either directly on our website or at our exhibitions. Please do note that credit notes are not valid after 3 months from the date of issue. 

Return & Exchange Policy (International)

• International orders are final sales only and are not eligible for returns & exchanges. If we have made an error in fulfillment, please send us an email within 2 days of receiving your order, letting us know, by email, the problem, and if pictures are applicable, please do attach them.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation will only be accepted within 24 hours after placing the order.
